Can I transfer my upgrade to another show?

We will only allow you to transfer your upgrade to another show if you buy in error and contact us within 48 hours of first purchasing for the incorrect show.

If you want to transfer your upgrade to another show, please get in touch with support@engagetix.com with the event's artist name, show date, your name, order number and the show you would like to transfer it to.
