What happens if my meet & greet or concert is cancelled?

In the event of a cancelled meet & greet or concert, we will contact you via email once we have received confirmation of the cancellation. We will then begin issuing refunds to all customers who purchased for this specific date. You should see the refund in your bank account within 5-10 business days. If you are not seeing your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at: support@engagetix.com with your event name and date, order number and name on the order.
