What happens if I arrive late to a meet & greet?

If you're late to the meet & greet, ENGAGE cannot guarantee you will get to participate in the meet & greet. If you have missed it entirely, please head over to the artist's merch booth located inside the venue once doors open. Let them know you missed the meet and greet but would like to pick your VIP items up there. If they have any questions about your order, just provide them with your confirmation email and a valid photo ID. They should be more than happy to help you out!
